Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 26, 2026
We are committed to making Client Flow Photo (clientflow.photo) accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where feasible for a web application of this type, and to continually improve keyboard access, contrast, structure, and form usability.
Measures we take
- Semantic headings and labels on primary flows
- Visible focus styles for interactive controls
- Support for browser zoom and readable text sizing
- Text alternatives and descriptive labels where practical
- Ongoing review of signup, dashboard, and guest check-in flows
Known limitations
Some experiences depend on device camera access for selfies. Guests who cannot use a camera may upload an image instead where the form provides that option. Third-party services (for example Stripe Checkout) have their own accessibility practices outside our full control.
Compatibility
The Service is designed to work with current major browsers on desktop and mobile. Assistance technologies such as screen readers are supported to the extent the platform and browser allow.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use (if any). We will review feedback and work to improve the experience.
